The AirTAC 4V210-08F-AM is a 4V200-body 5/2 single-solenoid valve with a DC12V coil (2.5 W), terminal-box entry and 1/4in PT ports. Energising the solenoid pressurises one side of a double-acting cylinder while exhausting the other; switching the coil off lets the internal spring snap the spool back, so the electrical signal must be held for as long as the rod needs to stay out.
With a 17.0 mm2 effective area (Cv 1.0) it feeds O32-50 mm bores at up to 5 cycles per second, responding in 0.05 s or less. Size the valve so effective area / Cv is not the bottleneck for your cylinder bore and speed. Undersized valves slow the actuator. Note 5/3 (center) versions have a smaller effective area than the 5/2 of the same body size.
