Installation guidelines:
Mount with M5 screws (torque ≤1.2N·m), maintain horizontal tubing alignment.
Use 5μm filtered air with automatic drain. Lubrication not required but
compatible with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if used. Allow 15mm clearance
below valve for exhaust dispersion.
