Installation guidelines:
Maintain ≤0.5mm flatness on manifold mounting surface. Use M5x0.8 mounting screws
with 0.8-1.2Nm torque. For multi-station setups, install end plates with 15N·m tightening
force to prevent air leakage. Lubricate seals with ISO VG32 turbine oil if stored >6 months.
