Installation note:
Mount on vibration-free surfaces using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain 50mm clearance below valve for manifold access. Use AirTAC
XF-04 series filter regulators upstream. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil
if air line lubrication required.
