Installation guidelines:
Maximum 12 valves stackable per manifold. Apply 0.1-0.2Nm torque during manifold assembly.
Maintain ambient humidity below 85% RH. Allow 20mm clearance below manifold for tubing access.
Perform lubrication every 5 million cycles using ISO VG32 pneumatic oil.
