Installation protocol:
Mount on ISO standard manifold base (6HV-MB series recommended) using 0.8-1.2Nm torque.
Maintain ≥20mm clearance below valve for exhaust dispersion. Perform pneumatic circuit
flushing before commissioning to prevent seal damage.
