Mount on ISO G1/2 manifold with 18-22 Nm torque. Maintain ambient temperature
below 60℃ with 20mm clearance for heat dissipation. Lubricate seals with
ISO VG32 pneumatic oil during maintenance.
Operational note:
Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain. Avoid rapid cycling
(>5Hz continuous operation) without auxiliary cooling. Perform manual
override checks quarterly for critical systems.
