Installation protocol:
Lubricate pilot valve O-rings with silicone grease (MIL-G-6032 compliant) during assembly.
Maintain minimum 0.3MPa holding pressure during standby. Use M3 mounting screws with
0.49-0.64N·m torque specification.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain. Do not apply reverse polarity to DC coils.
For vertical installation, position exhaust ports downward to prevent condensate ingress.
