About the Airtac ACED Double-acting Compact Cylinder ACED100X70
Double acting with a rod leaving both covers, the ACED100X70 pushes with the same 3769.9 N at 0.5 MPa (5277.9 N at 0.7 MPa) on the advance and return stroke, because each side of the 100 mm piston works on the rod-side area. The through-rod also resists rotation and light side load, and the rear rod stub can carry a sensor flag on a gantry or press fixture.
