A double acting compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, the ACED25X40S carries a 25 mm bore with a 40 mm stroke and a piston rod leaving BOTH covers. Because each stroke works on the rod-side area, output is identical in either direction: 206.2 N at 0.5 MPa and 288.6 N at 0.7 MPa. The through-rod resists rotation and modest side load, and the free back-end rod is a handy mount for a sensor flag. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke shock.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs, guards and gantries. In practice, plan on roughly 124 N (about 12.6 kgf) of usable work at 0.5 MPa, or lift around 10 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
