Installation guidelines:
Requires minimum 50mm lateral clearance for heat dissipation during high-cycle operations.
For vertical mounting, use dual locking nuts on piston rod threads. Lubricate guide rods
with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if operated beyond 500mm/s piston speed.
Critical note:
Avoid using silicone-based lubricants which may degrade battery cell materials.
Maximum side load capacity: 150N at full extension. For shock absorption at stroke ends,
install external hydraulic buffers when operating above 0.7MPa.
