Delivering 86.4 N of thrust at 0.5 MPa in both directions, this stainless-steel round-body mini cylinder uses a through-rod design so extend and retract forces stay identical. The Ø6 mm rod exits both end covers to resist rotation and side load, giving steadier guiding without an external guide for light jobs. It includes a built-in magnet (-S) for position sensing.

Built to the ISO 6432 mounting interface, it drops into standard mini brackets and clevises. The stainless barrel and rod shrug off mild corrosion and washdown. With a 1/8" port and a 200 mm stroke, it yields a safe working load of about 52 N, or roughly 4.4 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. Fixed TPU bumpers decelerate the stroke ends.

For lighter duties the Ø12 MID bore provides 42.4 N at 0.5 MPa, while stepping up to the Ø20 bore raises that to 131.9 N. This Ø16 model hits a solid middle ground. The twin-rod architecture is ideal when you need anti-rotation stability, want to trip a switch from the back rod end, or drive a second load simultaneously.
