Installation guidelines:
Align mounting surfaces within 0.1mm parallelism tolerance. Use copper-free anti-seize compound on rod threads.
For vertical mounting, install exhaust mist separator to prevent lubricant drainage. Cycle 3-5 times at low pressure (<0.1MPa) before full operation.
- Relubricate every 500,000 cycles (continuous operation)
- Inspect rod seals every 6 months for particulate contamination
- Replace cushion seals every 2 years under normal use
