Installation guidelines:
Align mounting surface within 0.1mm parallelism tolerance. Use flexible couplings when connecting to guided mechanisms. For optimal sensor performance, maintain 0.5-1mm gap between magnetic ring and sensor face. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if using non-lubricated air systems.
Avoid side load exceeding 15N. Maximum permissible lateral force at rod end: 1/20 of piston thrust. For vertical mounting, implement mechanical brake for emergency stop scenarios.
