Installation guidelines:
Use M6x12 mounting screws (8.8 grade min.) with Loctite 243.
Maintain 0.5-1mm gap between magnetic sensor and cylinder body.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil during maintenance cycles.
Critical notes:
Not suitable for side-load applications exceeding 15N.
Requires 40μm filtration with automatic drain.
Avoid rapid pressure changes >0.5 MPa/sec to prevent seal damage.
