Ultra-compact profile (34mm thickness) designed for robotic welding fixtures and confined spaces. Features enhanced thermal resistance with dual-layer sealing (NBR core + FKM outer layer) to withstand intermittent exposure to welding spatter. The hardened piston rod surface (HRC 45-50) resists abrasion from grinding debris. Requires 5μm filtered compressed air with automatic lubricator (ISO VG32 recommended).

Installation note:
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between cylinder body and welding surfaces.
Apply high-temperature silicone grease (260℃+ rated) to rod before initial use.
Cycle 5x at low pressure post-installation to distribute lubricant.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
