Installation note:
Use copper-based anti-seize compound on piston rod threads when operating above 80℃.
Maintain ≥15mm clearance from arc zones. Cycle rate should not exceed 80% duty cycle at max temperature.
- Relubricate every 50,000 cycles (Molykote HP-300 recommended)
- Inspect buffer adjustment monthly in high-cycle applications
- Use 5μm filtered air with automatic drain
