The double-acting design incorporates a magnetic piston for position sensing compatibility. Optimized buffer design reduces end-impact noise below 85dB even at maximum operating pressure.

Installation guidelines:
Use M10 class 8.8 or higher mounting bolts with Loctite 243 threadlocker.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between magnetic sensor and cylinder body during
position switch installation. Lubricate rod with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
monthly in high-dust environments.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids. Maximum side load
capacity 150N at full extension. Always install rod protector bellows in
abrasive environments.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
