Features triple sealing system (primary seal, backup seal, and integrated wiper) with 360° anti-rotation mechanism. Enhanced rod bearing design withstands lateral forces up to 15% of maximum thrust. Pre-lubricated with Molykote G-3000 grease for -20℃ startup capability.

Installation Guidelines:
Mounting surface flatness ≤0.1mm/m. Requires minimum 20μm filtration.
For vertical installations, use rod-down orientation to prevent condensate
accumulation. Re-lubricate every 500km of cumulative stroke movement.
Critical Note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Maximum side load
capacity 150N at mid-stroke. Avoid continuous operation above 700mm/s
without external shock absorber.
