Installation notes:
- Use M8 grade 8.8 or higher mounting bolts
- Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment
- Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 577 recommended) on port connections
- For vertical mounting, install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation
- Relubricate every 3,000 operating hours using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
- Inspect rod seal leakage every 500 hours (max allowable: 5 drops/min)
- Replace cushion seals after 1 million cycles in high-impact applications

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
