Installation note:
Requires 5μm filtered air with lubrication (ISO VG32 recommended).
For vertical mounting applications exceeding 45° angle, install rod-end support bracket (ASD-40 accessory).
Perform stroke adjustment under 0.3MPa minimum pressure.
Maintenance alert:
Inspect rod seal every 500 operating hours in high particulate environments.
Never disassemble cushion mechanism without depressurizing both air chambers.
