Installation guidelines:
Use with ISO 8573-1 class 3 filtered air (40μm max particle size).
Lubrication recommended (ISO VG32 pneumatic oil). For vertical mounting,
install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation.
Maintenance interval: 2,000 operating hours or 6 months in high-dust environments.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
