Incorporates a 3-stage sealing system with primary polyurethane lip seal, secondary NBR backup seal, and integrated wiper. The aluminum alloy barrel (6063-T5) undergoes hard anodizing (25μm) for superior wear resistance.

Installation requirements:
Requires SAE 10-30 hydraulic oil lubrication (ISO 11158 HM grade recommended).
For vertical mounting, install anti-creep lock nut (M16×1.5). Maintain 0.5mm minimum
rod-end clearance during alignment. Use torque values: 45N·m for mounting bolts,
28N·m for port connections.
