Installation Guidelines:
Use M10 class 8.8 mounting bolts with Loctite 243. Maintain minimum 15mm clearance around cylinder body for heat dissipation. Install rod-end pivot with 0.5-1mm axial play. Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain.
- Relubricate every 2,000 operating hours (Grease: NLGI #2 lithium complex)
- Rod wiper replacement interval: 10,000 cycles
- Pressure test recommended every 6 months

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
