Installation guidelines:
Mount with ±0.2mm alignment tolerance using Class 8.8 or higher bolts.
Always install rod-end first during assembly. Maintain 1-2% lubricator oil
concentration in air supply (ISO VG32 equivalent). Avoid side loads exceeding
150N at full extension.
Service alert:
Replace magnetic sensor (optional C85 series) seals every 5 million cycles
when used with position feedback systems. Shock absorber oil requires
replacement after 10,000 high-impact operations.
