Installation protocol:
Use M10x1.25 mounting bolts (Grade 8.8 or higher). Maintain 0.5mm minimum alignment tolerance.
Apply thread sealant on ports - torque limit 35N·m. Perform monthly rod seal inspections in high- particulate environments.
Critical note:
Requires 5-50μm filtered air with automatic drain. Prohibited for vertical rod-down orientation
exceeding 45° angle. Maximum side load capacity: 650N at full extension.
