Installation Guidelines:1. Use M6x1.0 mounting screws with 12.9 grade minimum
2. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance per meter of stroke
3. Install downstream air dryer (dew point -20℃) for humid environments
4. Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 545) on port connections
