Installation guidelines:
Use ISO 6432 mounting accessories for vibration resistance. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during installation.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if operating below -10℃. Replace wiper seals every 2,000 operating hours in high-dust environments.
Critical notes:
Not suitable for side load applications without guide mechanisms. Maximum permissible lateral force: 15N.
Always install with rod end facing downward in outdoor applications to prevent water ingress.
