Installation Guidelines:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 542) on mounting bolts. Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment. Perform initial 50-cycle dry run without load for seal conditioning. Requires monthly lubrication in high-cycle applications (>5,000 cycles/day).
Critical Note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum side load capacity: 150N at mid-stroke. Always install with 5° maximum angular misalignment tolerance. Use shock absorbers when stopping inertia loads exceeding 0.3kg·m².
