Installation note:
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial operation.
Maintain 0.3-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment.
Use shock absorbers when stroke exceeds 300mm.
- Relubricate every 1,000km of cumulative stroke
- Inspect buffer adjustment every 500 operating hours
- Replace wiper seals annually in high-dust environments
