Installation guidelines:
Use ISO VG32 hydraulic oil for lubrication. Maintain ≤0.5mm alignment tolerance during mounting.
For vertical installations, install exhaust mist lubricator upstream. Replace rod wipers every 2,000 operating hours in high-dust environments.
Critical note:
Requires 40μm filtration and automatic drain on air supply. Prohibited for use with corrosive gases.
Maximum side load capacity: 150N at rod end. Shock loads exceeding 3G require external dampers.
