Installation guidelines:
For vertical installations exceeding 45° angle, specify rod-down orientation.
Use locknuts with 25-30 N·m torque for mounting brackets. Requires 5μm air filter
with automatic drain in high-humidity environments.
Maintenance note:
Inspect rod wiper seals every 500 operating hours under heavy dust conditions.
Lubricate every 3 months using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if manual lubrication used.
