Installation note:
Requires minimum 40μm filtration. For vertical mounting, use rod-down position to prevent particle accumulation. Apply Molykote 111 grease during assembly. Allow 15mm free space at stroke ends for cushion effectiveness.

- Inspect rod surface roughness (Ra ≤0.2μm) quarterly
- Replace cushion seals after 500,000 cycles in high-impact applications

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
