Installation note:
Requires ISO VG32 hydraulic oil lubrication (1 drop/m³ air) in high-cycle applications.
Use 40μm filtration and maintain ≤0.3 MPa backpressure. For vertical mounting,
install rod-end down to prevent contamination accumulation.
- Relubricate every 2,000 km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect rod seals every 500 operating hours in high-dust environments
- Replace cushion seals at 1 million cycles
