Installation note:
Requires vibration-damping mounts (included). Lubricate through air port with ISO VG32 oil mist
(0.3–0.5 mg/m³) during initial operation. Magnetic sensor slots (T-slot) pre-machined on cylinder body.
- Inspect wiper seal every 500 operating hours in high-dust environments
- Re-lubricate every 3 months or 2,000 km of cumulative stroke
- Buffer adjustment: Turn cushion needle clockwise to increase damping force
