Heavy-wall cylinder engineered for extreme construction environments, featuring triple sealing (rod wiper + primary seal + rod seal) and anti-corrosion nickel-plated end caps. The 3-stage chroming process ensures 15μm rod coating thickness. Includes magnetic piston for position sensing (sensor not included). Requires 5-50μm filtered compressed air with max 1mg/m³ oil content.

Installation protocol:
Use M12×1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with Loctite 243.
Maintain minimum 0.3mm alignment tolerance during flange mounting.
Perform 500-cycle run-in before full load operation.
- Relubricate every 2,000km of rod travel (use ISO VG32 pneumatic oil)
- Inspect cushioning adjustment every 500 operating hours
- Replace rod wiper after 1 million cycles in high-dust environments

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
