Installation protocol:
Use M12 grade mounting bolts with anti-vibration washers.
Maintain ≤0.1mm/m alignment tolerance during installation.
Apply EP2 grease to rod before initial operation.
- Relubricate every 500 operating hours (severe dust: 200hrs)
- Buffer adjustment: Clockwise rotation increases cushioning force
- Rod inspection: Check for chrome flaking every 1000hrs

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
