Heavy-wall cylinder engineered for construction equipment vibrations and shock loads. Features double-layered rod seal system and impact-resistant end caps. Includes magnetic piston for position sensing compatibility (sensor not included). Requires 40μm filtered compressed air with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3-4-3 purity standards.

Installation protocol:
Use grade 8.8 or higher mounting bolts with anti-vibration washers.
Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. Relubricate every
2,000km of operation or 6 months in high-dust environments.
Critical note:
Not suitable for rotational applications exceeding 5 RPM. Always install
rod-end pivot mounts to prevent side load damage. Maximum permissible
lateral load: 15% of piston rod thrust capacity.
