Installation Protocol:
Requires torque-controlled mounting (M10 bolts at 45 N·m).
For vertical installations, use rod-down orientation with drip cup.
Perform 30-minute run-in cycle at 0.3 MPa before full load operation.
- Lubrication: ISO VG32 pneumatic oil, 1-2 drops/m³ airflow weekly
- Inspection: Check rod runout (max 0.15mm) every 500 operating hours
- Replacement: Wiper seals every 10,000km stroke distance

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
