Installation note:
Lubricate rod with silicone-free grease (MIL-G-21164 compliant) before initial use.
For vertical mounting, install locking nut (M16) to prevent rod rotation.
Minimum 2.5mm clearance required around cylinder body for heat dissipation.
Critical parameters:
Maintain air filtration at ≤5μm with 0.1-1.0mg/m³ oil mist.
Avoid continuous operation above 70% duty cycle in high vibration environments.
