Operation guidance:
Use dry inert gas (N₂ recommended) in lithium battery environments.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if using air supply. Maintain
≤0.5mm alignment tolerance during mechanical linkage installation.

Requires 5μm precision filtration and oil mist elimination.
Prohibited for use in oxygen-rich (＞23%) atmospheres.
