Installation note:
Maintain ≤0.5mm/m alignment tolerance during mounting. For vertical installations,
use rod-end support brackets. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil (1-2 drops monthly
in high-cycle applications).
Critical parameters:
Minimum operating pressure 0.05MPa requires 24V input. Below 12V,
maintain ≥0.15MPa for reliable operation. Avoid continuous dwell time >30 minutes.
