Installation protocol:
Requires 15-30μm filtered dry air. For vertical mounting,
use support brackets (AS-MF2 recommended). Lubricate with ISO VG32
pneumatic oil if operated below -10℃. Allow 5mm clearance around
cushion screws for adjustment.
