Installation guidelines:
Optimal performance achieved in vertical orientation (rod downward).
Requires 0.5μm filtered air with ISO VG32 lubricator oil (viscosity 32 cSt @40℃).
Minimum 15mm clearance recommended for heat dissipation in continuous cycling.
Special note:
Mandatory 30-minute dry-run test after installation.
Avoid lateral loads exceeding 50N.
Compatible with ATEX Zone 2 environments when using conductive piston rods.
