Installation Protocol:
Requires dry air supply (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 4.4.3) with 5μm filtration.
For vertical mounting, add 15% extra force margin. Lubricate rod every 500km
stroke travel using ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if non-oil-free operation.
Critical Note:
Avoid sulfuric acid vapor environments. Magnetic sensors must maintain
0.8–1.2mm gap from cylinder body. Not compatible with phosphate ester
hydraulic fluids.
