Specially engineered copper-free FRL unit prevents copper particle contamination in sensitive applications. Features dual-chamber pressure regulation for stable output and integrated bypass protection. The filter bowl includes a maximum safety pressure of 1.5 MPa with anti-static coating. Requires upstream installation of 40μm pre-filter when used in high particulate environments.

Installation protocol:
Mount vertically with filter bowl downward. Lubricator should be filled to 60-70% capacity.
Perform weekly condensate drainage in humid environments. Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
