Maintenance protocol:
Replace filter element every 2,000 operational hours or when differential pressure exceeds 0.1MPa.
Use ISO VG32 turbine oil (mineral-based) for lubrication. Drain condensate daily via bottom bowl.
Critical note:
Strictly prohibit silicone-based lubricants. Copper content in all wetted parts <0.1% per ASTM B566.
