Copper-free pneumatic conditioning unit designed for oxygen systems and copper-sensitive applications. Features multi-stage filtration with centrifugal separation and impact baffle design. Integrated pressure regulator includes lockable knob and overpressure relief valve. Lubricator section uses adjustable oil-feed (2-10 drops/min) with oil mist suppressor.

Installation guidelines:
Mount vertically within 5° tolerance. Maintain 30cm upstream straight piping for optimal filtration.
Lubricator should be positioned downstream of regulator. Replace filter element every 3,000 operational hours.
Copper-free compliance:
Contains <0.1% copper content in all wetted parts. Compatible with ISO 8573-1 Class 2 air quality standards.
Not suitable for phosphate ester fluids.
