Installation protocol:
Install in dry, vibration-free location downstream of air dryer.
Maintain vertical orientation (±5° tolerance). Lubricator should be
filled with ISO VG32 or equivalent oil. Replace filter element every
2,000 operational hours or when pressure drop exceeds 0.1 MPa.
Critical note:
Strictly prohibited for use with acetylene or other combustible gases.
Always depressurize system before servicing. Copper-free design does
not imply chemical inertness – verify compatibility with process media.
