Installation protocol:
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between cylinder and guide rail surfaces.
Use only non-magnetic fasteners within 15mm proximity. Lubricate with
ISO VG32 turbine oil before initial operation. Requires 5μm filtered
dry air with dew point -20℃ below ambient temperature.
